INDIVIDUAL THERAPY:
Through the individual therapy process, one is supported to develop the inner resources to establish more effective reponses to life’s challenges. Often times in life, many of us lose our ability to connect to the people and things that are the most important to us.
Our clinicians are trained to help the individual explore old patterns and create new with a different, more balanced and satisfying way of living and reconnecting to the people and things that are most important.
GROUP THERAPY:
Therapy Groups can help individuals learn more about themselves through others’ sharing and through their own self disclosure in ways that differ from individual therapy. It provides a safe environment for individuals with similar gifts, difficulties and issues. The power of knowing that others understand and empathize can support healing and personal growth.
